The attendant structure may contain any of the following fields:

country	Country	ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code (e.g. DE, FR, AT, CH, …)
born_on	Date of birth	ISO-8601 format, i.e. YYYY-MM-DD
insurance_company	Insurance Company or Type	The unique insurance company ID (see Health Insurances)
or one of the following generic types: private, public, or self-pay
insurance_number	Insurance number
comment	Comment to the patient
